About Us

Our goal is to provide our members peer-to-peer “mastermind” groups to share business knowledge and experiences, without hidden agendas, within a let’s help each other succeed philosophy.

Founded more than 30 years ago

REF has an active presence in over 20 countries across the globe.

We’ve connected over 25,000 business owners, CEOs, and key executives.

Here’s how it works

Our Forum groups are divided into 10 to 15 non-competing business leaders, who then meet together one morning each month.

Each confidential meeting is led by a Forum Leader and serves as an opportunity for leaders to learn from, offer feedback to, and help push, prompt, challenge, sharpen, and encourage one another.

Additionally, our Forums serve as catalysts for our members to develop meaningful relationships, build strong networks, and learn from each other.
