Our Executive Forum Programs

Each of our forum groups meet on a monthly basis for a half-day session.

Coaching and personal development sessions are also available for our members.

REF’s five-hour monthly sessions typically include three components:

1. Peer Roundtable Discussion

Join fellow leaders and executives to share updates, pose questions, receive feedback, and generate fresh new ideas.

You’ll be placed with non-competing executives, providing a safe, comfortable space for you to discuss the unique challenges and opportunities facing your business.

Members come prepared to be open, honest, and vulnerable for these very often business changing discussions.

2. Educational Session

Either your Forum Leader or another local expert will deliver an educational workshop, typically focused on business trends, best practices, management and leadership concepts, financial literacy, and beyond.

This is your MBA program taught by real business leaders!

3. Member Case

At each meeting, a different member will have the opportunity to experience the Member Case of the month, a structured peer review process that allows members to do a deeper dive into their businesses and allows them to gain insight and advice from their fellow members, drawing on their divers knowledge and business acumen.

Our Annual Off-Site Retreat

Members are also invited to our annual off-site retreat, called Strategies for Success. Always held at a premier destination in the Carolinas, these retreats combine rest and relaxation, networking opportunities, and deeper sessions into compelling business concepts.

The retreats last two days and are composed of a professional day for members and a personal day for members and their significant others. The personal day focuses on balance, life, and other concepts that often pull the significant other into the business owner’s world.
